As the sole marketing coordinator for this branch, I autonomously manage the entire creative ecosystem, bridging the gap between print and digital media. I execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.

My daily workflow involves designing tangible sales assets—such as brochures and safety checklists—while driving digital engagement through HubSpot landing pages, automated email campaigns, and short-form social media video.

Developed as a strategic cross-referral asset for plumbing partners, this brochure provides immediate guidance for customers navigating water loss. To balance high information density with visual clarity, the design relies on a strict grid layout anchored by a centrally maintained header. This structural approach ensures the content remains organized and digestible without overwhelming the viewer. By positioning the reverse side as a permanent household reference, the piece is engineered for longevity—securing sustained brand visibility in the home to drive top-of-mind recall for SERVPRO® services.
